If the switching power supply is not missing, the backup power board of the control cabinet will be burned; it will also burn both the live power board and the backup power board.

二、開關(guān)電源開空推不上：送閘時，開空推不上應(yīng)查驗預(yù)留板是不是不太好，預(yù)留板的輸出線的電阻器約為300歐母。假如引路時或短路故障應(yīng)當(dāng)查驗電動機的點剎車踏板是不是燒毀，或查驗預(yù)留板是不是燒毀。

三、實際操作按鍵應(yīng)用不靈敏：理應(yīng)先按住終止鍵，再按住復(fù)位開關(guān)，隨后按上行下行鍵。

五：按鍵實際操作只能上行下行或下滑：這時候先要查驗限位開關(guān)線是不是有老掉線狀況，如果沒有，有將會是主電源板壞掉。

七、提升鎖控：只需在線排的第5和12的空上串連1個約1K的電阻器。

八、分辨電動機的優(yōu)劣：電動機的三相電電阻器達47-70歐母且三相電均衡。三相不平衡將會是電動機壞掉。

8、 Distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of the motor: the three-phase electric resistor of the motor reaches 47-70 ohm bus and the three-phase electricity is balanced. The three-phase imbalance will cause the motor to break down.

九、防火卷簾門警報時，理應(yīng)先讓防火卷簾門全自動降低究竟，中途不必按一切按鍵，隨后再上行下行。

十、防火卷簾門的安裝調(diào)節(jié)：在安裝調(diào)節(jié)以前先要查驗控制板、按鍵盒、卷門機、限位開關(guān)、電剎車踏板的電極連接線是不是一切正常，確定后在開展調(diào)節(jié)。
