在快速卷簾門的兩側(cè)確定導(dǎo)軌安裝位置，用錘線放出導(dǎo)軌基準(zhǔn)線，放出導(dǎo)軌連接件固定螺栓十字線，導(dǎo)軌超過吊*不小于75cm。

用沖擊鉆在墻柱上打出連接件固定膨脹螺栓孔，連接件的間距不可以大于600mm，并且，兩端距導(dǎo)軌口100mm。先上下固定幾塊連接件，將其導(dǎo)軌貼上，校正其垂直并點(diǎn)焊，導(dǎo)軌固定后在復(fù)合簾一下導(dǎo)軌的垂直度，每米不得大于5mm，全長垂直度不得超過20mm，復(fù)合簾面嵌入導(dǎo)軌深度(見GBl4102—2005)。

快速卷簾門大軸安裝前，先將掛板定好方向裝到卷軸上，再把4-6片簾板裝到掛板上并卷緊在卷軸上川鐵絲扎牢。
